✔ If represented by an agent, the Buyer’s Premium is capped at 2.5%, ensuring predictable and fair costs.
✔ Example: If your budget is $300,000, you would bid $292,500 + $7,500 (2.5% Buyer Premium) for a final price of $300,000.
